Foam core nail files give you that luxurious feel. Foam is sandwiched between two emery surfaces.

Foam core emery boards are available in White (superfine 800 grit), Red (fine 320 grit), and Gray (medium 180 grit).

Add individually poly-bags on the 4-7/8″ or 6-1/2″ sizes for an additional 15 cents each.  Adding cello-bagging adds 6 production days to the timeframe.
