Payment by check or credit card is accepted.
• On occasion, an order may proceed if you fax a copy of your
check and put the check in the mail that day. Please inquire for
details. Late payments may incur late fees.
• Shipping is not included. All shipping charges are estimates.
Any overage will be charged on a separate invoice. Additionally,
any delivery surcharges will also be billed on a separate
invoice.
• Shipping is provided by a third party delivery service.
YourLogoWorks.com is not responsible for delivery dates and
delays. Tracking information available upon request.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Prices may be
higher or lower at the time of order.
• Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error may be
returned within 15 days of receipt of the order with prior
authorization.
• Customers are responsible for disclaimers and any legal
requirements made by state election law.
• All cancelled orders are subject to a $50 cancellation fee
provided production has not begun. No cancellations permitted
after production has begun.
• Returned checks subject to a $35 fee.
• Colors shown on computer monitors may differ than actual printed
shade. Also, colors may vary from batch to batch. Due to the
nature the printing process an exact PMS matches cannot be
guaranteed.
• All production times are good faith estimates and may vary.
• All orders are subject to 5% overrun or underrun of the quantity
ordered and will constitute a complete order and will be billed
accordingly.

• YourLogoWorks.com transactions are governed by the laws of the
State of South Carolina.
• In no event shall YourLogoWorks.com be liable for consequential,
special, incidental, punitive or contingent damages of any
nature. In no event shall YourLogoWorks.com be liable for any
interruption of operations, loss of anticipated profits, or
injury to business or reputation. Our liability is limited to
the purchase price.
Minimum Quantities Order
Our minimum listed on each individual product page is the
absolute minimum order for blank items or for imprinted items.
We do not accommodate requests for less than the mimimum
quantity.
Methods of Payment Options
We accept payment via Visa,MasterCards, however, we do
NOT accept and American Express. We also accept company check,
personal check, or money order. We do not process C.O.D.

Our preferred standard method is UPS, although occasionally we
use FedEx Ground. If shipping via an expedited method, we
typically ship UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air. Standard
shipping is included in the package cost on the items we offer,
but additional costs apply for expedited shipping.
Wholesale Pricing
Since we sell direct to the end user, we do not offer discounts
for agencies, re-sellers, or ASI/PPAI distributors. All pricing
on the site is NET.
